Go to My Orders from the top menu or mobile bottom bar. Select your current order and click "Track Order". You will see live timeline updates from store confirmation to packaging, dispatch, and final doorstep arrival.
Yes! You can cancel your order free of charge before the store marks it as "Dispatched". Simply open your order details and click the "Cancel Order" button. If prepaid, your refund will be processed immediately.
If the order has not been dispatched yet, you can contact our 24/7 Helpline or WhatsApp support at +91 76348 05215 / +91 98000 12345 to update your delivery address within the same district.
We support all major payment modes: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), NetBanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) at your doorstep.
Don't worry! If money was deducted due to a bank gateway glitch, it will be automatically refunded by your bank within 24 to 48 hours. You can also share your UPI transaction ID or UTR with us on WhatsApp for fast-track reconciliation.
For online UPI & Card payments, refunds reflect within 24 to 48 banking hours. For COD orders, our team transfers the refund directly to your UPI ID or bank account as soon as the return pickup is completed.
All non-perishable goods (fashion, electronics, kitchen appliances, home essentials) are covered by a 7-Day Replacement or Refund Guarantee if damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
Simply open your order history, select the item, and tap "Request Return". Our local delivery partner will visit your address, verify the original tags/packaging, and pick it up.
